Touring Rotella's Bakery

Every morning we wake up to the aroma of freshly baked bread

coming from the nearby Rotella's Italian Bakery.

We decided we could not leave Omaha without seeing where

all those great smells were coming from

so we took a tour with the Vicanti family.

WOW.

We've never seen so much flour,

such huge mixing machines,

and gigantic ovens.

This was a very fun experience.
