Every year the Trail Center
and the Kanesville Tabernacle
host a Gingerbread Festival.
It's amazing what can be done with gingerbread
and other eatable goodies.
This year's theme was
"The Joys of Childhood."
My favorite was this Snow White cottage.
It was absolutely adorable.
Can you see the little fly buzzing over Sleepy's face?
This was titled "Five Little Monkeys Jumping on the Bed."
Can you believe this is gingerbread?!
These two houses show what happens when you build
on a firm foundation and a foundation of sand.
We finish with the Kirkland Temple.
What a fun tradition,
and according to our numbers
a whole lot of people
make the festival a part of their Christmas activities
each year!
