Another surprise outing...

onto Zeos Pizza where we have them make a calzone,
but we put all the stuff on it that belongs
on a stromboli and take off
all the stuff that belongs on a calzone.
Thats the only way we can have a stromboli outside of PA.

then to open-air ice skating
which the kids ended up really enjoying.

I'm not clear on the difference between a calzone and a stromboli...
I think the difference is ricotta. Calzones are made with lots of it.
