Mr. Didgeridoo

Daniel is making quite a name for himself

here in the Nebraska farmlands.

He seems to play one gig after another

and everyone loves him.

But we love him most!!!

Miss Kiley

I miss this little girl so very much.

Zach

Zach is the Ward Mission Leader in his ward but

he's much more.

He's a law student, a member missionary,

a singer, a composer, a piano player, a swimmer,

a baker and many more things I'm sure I don't know...

and most importantly, a friend.

"Thanks for everything, Zach."

(Your banana bread is to die for!!)

2011 Florence Day Parade

This year we wanted to get in on the fun too,

so we borrowed some pioneer clothes and

joined our missionaries on State St.

While some pushed, pulled , or rode in handcarts,

others gave out pass-along cards or

flyers offering "buffalo chip" cookies

back at the Trail Center.

I found this to be the best way to travel...

It was over all too soon, but we had fun,

and

we met many wonderful people...

on the "trail."

Welcome to the Lunds

Elder and Sister Lund come to us from Utah

and will be working in the office.

Sister Lund will be the new office secretary and

Elder Lund will be the vehicle coordinator.

These are both huge responsibilities

and we are so grateful for their willingness

to jump right in and go to work.

We are very blessed to have such wonderful

senior couples who sacrifice so much

to serve the Lord.

But if you ask anyone of them

they will tell you that in the end

they wouldn't trade this experience for anything.

A Visit From Kiley

What a thrill to see this tiny person

racing down the terminal,

her little arms just a'swinging.

David and Hailey came to visit too :-)

We did as many things as we possibly could

in the time we had.

To our surprise and delight

our dear friend Alan Malan came into town also.

We took him downtown with us to see the bronze statue collection

called Pioneer Courage.

Kiley dressed up so pretty for church on Sunday.

Beautiful family!

We celebrated Kiley's first birthday.

Spent a day at the zoo.

(Best zoo in the country!)

Even took a quick trip to the Children's Museum.

All too soon it was over and we had to say goodbye again.

We miss them already!
